Hot-pressed Silicone Sheets

Hot-press silicone rubber possesses excellent thermal conductivity, insulation, and fire resistance, while also exhibiting superior resistance to high and low temperatures. It is a product composed of special silicone rubber combined with special nano-thermal conductive materials, electrically insulating substances, nano-conductive materials, and long-term aging-resistant materials. It is primarily used in LCD industry processes such as PCB manufacturing, OLB manufacturing, COG, LCD module manufacturing, TP manufacturing, and FPC manufacturing, serving as a conductive film hot-press buffer. Its purpose is to conduct the high temperature of the hot-press head to the ACF (Acoustic Coating Film), softening and solidifying it to create an adhesive effect. It also serves as a contact buffer material for the hot-press head, providing thermal conduction and cushioning protection for the heating tool.
