Thermally conductive silicone cloth is an organosilicon polymer elastomer insulating material reinforced with glass fiber as the base material. This material achieves efficient thermal conductivity by reducing the contact thermal resistance between electronic components and heat sinks. It features high dielectric strength, chemical corrosion resistance, and high-voltage puncture resistance, and can replace traditional mica and silicone grease as the insulating medium for electronic devices. Models include TO-220 and TO-3P, and can be die-cut to the required specifications according to customer needs.
