Silicone Foam

Silicone foam, also known as expanded silicone sheet, is a low-density, foam-like functional silicone material made by adding foaming agents to silicone material and reacting them at high temperatures. It combines the high-temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance of silicone with the cushioning and shock-absorbing properties of foam. It is widely used as a sealing gasket in the battery boxes of new energy vehicles to reduce the bumps and vibrations of the battery box during operation. It has good sealing performance, low specific gravity, and high flame retardancy, wrapping around the bottom of the power battery to provide cushioning, anti-slip, and shock absorption. It can adapt to various harsh internal environments and is suitable for sealing various components in new energy vehicles, protecting components, and various cushioning applications. It also provides excellent flame retardancy, heat insulation, and shock absorption performance in various transportation equipment. Rolls of different thicknesses and colors are available, and it is easy to process into the required dimensions.
